The front of the top got hot enough around the knob bezels to be uncomfortable to touch. Insulation behind the panel had slumped. He repacked it and replaced a bezel that had already distorted.

Long duct out through the flat roof of a ranch. The fan slowed, then stopped. Motor windings gone, probably water in at the cap. New motor and a proper cap, and it draws well again.

The lower cavity ran about thirty degrees cool whatever we set it to. He calibrated it against a probe and then established the sensor itself was out of tolerance. Replaced, and roasting times make sense again.
